The group arrives at the bowling alley, where they break into the trophy room and accidentally unleash Uncle Impie. The imp promises to grant a wish to each of them for freeing him, introducing a supernatural twist to their caper. The bargain is struck amid growing danger.

Uncle Impie launches an attack on the sorority trio via security cameras, causing the girls to confront the unintended consequences of their bargain. Rhonda kills Keith by shoving his face into a stove as the chaos continues around them. The minions seize control of the scene and Taffy is ripped apart, showing that the imp's bargain has real, deadly consequences. Babs fights Rhonda and is briefly possessed.

Spider and Calvin confront the janitor and learn the truth: Uncle Impie was summoned to help a lousy bowler become champion and has been trapped for 30 years because the creature killed people. The revelation ties the whole spectral nightmare to an old grievance.

As day breaks, Spider drives Calvin home on her motorcycle with Uncle Impie trapped in a box on the curb, pleading for release. The film closes with the Impie’s plea lingering as the survivors head toward the morning light.
