As Treeshaker matures, he becomes fascinated with the tragic story of his Forefather, who was slain by wicked humanoid dragons. This legacy weighs heavily on him and his brothers, inspiring them to rise against the imminent threat of these dragons.

After the death of their beloved mother, Treeshaker, Stonecrumbler, and Ironrubber come together with a shared aim: to rid their land of the dragon menace. Their newfound purpose strengthens their bond as brothers as they prepare for the challenges ahead.

The brothers find a secluded tree hollow to create a makeshift home, establishing a life of rotation in tasks to ensure their survival. One brother stays behind each day to cook while the others search for the mythical entrance to the Underworld.

Their peaceful existence is interrupted by the arrival of the Sevenwinged Skullsized Gnome, whose insatiable desire for porridge quickly becomes a source of frustration. The gnome’s escalating demands put a strain on the brothers, making their quest more burdensome.
