Sick Girl

Izzy, a troubled teenage girl, decides to take revenge on the bullies who torment her little brother. She idolizes her older brother Rusty and believes she has learned the skills he taught her. With Rusty away serving in the Marines, she plans how to strike back.

She launches a brutal attack on the school bus, killing several bullies in front of students and onlookers. The massacre unfolds with shocking speed, leaving chaos and fear in its wake. The incident draws immediate attention from the community and authorities.

Following the bus attack, Izzy traps a couple of bullies in the trunk of her car. She shows no remorse as they beg for mercy, treating them as mere instruments to her vendetta. The car becomes a hidden prison for her victims.

Deciding to eliminate the remaining captives, Izzy brutalizes them but is caught by Barney. In the ensuing struggle, Barney is killed by Izzy. The brutality continues to escalate, pushing Izzy toward a breaking point.
