Vijay's driving licence goes missing, jeopardising clearance and threatening to derail the final climax shoot. The Falak Tak production, already over budget, posters a sense of urgency as the team seeks a quick solution. In Bhopal, Om, the MVI, becomes the pivotal figure overseeing the clearance process.

Vijay's politician friend pressures Om to issue a licence without the mandatory test. Om agrees, hoping to speed things up for the star and to keep the production on track. He summons Vijay to the RTO to formalise the illicit arrangement and have a visible proof point.

Suraj Diwan, Vijay's professional rival, schemes to suppress Vijay using occult tactics. He realises the RTO visit could reveal his own machinations, yet hopes secrecy will allow his campaign to proceed unscathed. The tension between the two camps starts to simmer.

Vijay arrives at the RTO as TV crews swarm the premises. Corporator Vimla Tiwari feeds a reporter misinformation that Vijay has been driving without a licence. The allegation spreads quickly, threatening Vijay's reputation before any explanation can reach the public.

Vijay angrily scolds Om in front of his son and superiors and leaves the RTO in a fury. Om retaliates by briefing reporters that Vijay was arrogant and sought licence without proper procedures. The media storm damages Vijay's standing and fuels a public feud.

Suraj's fandom head organises a hit-and-run attack on Om, and a masked gang throws stones at Om's house, injuring Om's son. Om grows convinced that Vijay's men are behind the aggression, widening the rift between their camps.

Vijay agrees to cancel his US trip at the producer's insistence and hurries to the hospital with his injured son. During the crisis, he phones Om and even threatens him, a confrontation that seems to validate Om's suspicions of a power struggle.

During the police inquiry, Om and his wife Minty accuse Vijay, but the investigation remains inconclusive and Vijay is not charged. The unresolved findings keep the drama alive and push both sides to continue their public campaign.

Om and Vijay stage a Satyagraha in front of Vijay's residence as media and fans gather. Vijay announces that he will attend the driving test under Om's supervision, turning the event into a live spectacle. The test is described as open to the media, but unfolds as a direct Q&A with Om.

Vijay's fellow actress learns of Suraj's true involvement and discreetly records his confession, intending to share it with Vijay. The recorded admission adds momentum to unraveling the conspiracy and pressures Suraj to back down.

Naina requires surgery, prompting a flight plan to reach her as soon as the test concludes. The day’s practical test moves forward with the personal crisis looming, subtly shaping the pace and timing of Vijay's commitments.

Vijay completes the H-test successfully, but Om initially fails him for petty mistakes. A superior overturns the decision and Vijay is allowed to proceed. Om then postpones the road-test to noon, delaying the final clearance by two days to accommodate Naina's surgery.

Two days later, the truth surfaces when Om reveals that Vijay's licence was literally in the gift box discarded earlier at the RTO. Vijay and Om reconcile and acknowledge the misunderstandings, and Vijay confronts Suraj and Vimla for their manipulations. The feud begins to soften as truth takes precedence.

In a concluding moment, Vijay confirms to the press that he has received his driving licence and that the rift has been resolved. He then drives to the airport, ready to leave for the trip that will no longer happen, symbolically ending the turmoil and reclaiming his life on screen and off.
