Kalavathi approaches Mahi requesting a loan to fund her graduate studies, first US$10,000 and later US$25,000. He agrees to help and soon finds himself drawn to her. However, he later discovers she is a gambling addict who manipulated him into the loan.

Before he travels to Vizag, Mahi is informed by Rajakumari, a senior State Bank officer, that Rajendranath had swindled the bank for ₹10,000 crore and used illegal laundering. The bank is sealed as authorities move to clamp down on the scheme. Rajakumari becomes a key figure in the case and is later arrested.

Mahi heads to Vizag to retrieve the loaned money and confront Rajendranath in person. The move escalates Rajendranath's wrath, setting the stage for a direct confrontation. The journey marks a turning point as Mahi bets everything on recovering the debt.

Rajakumari is released from custody as the fraud case nears resolution. She asks Mahi about his origins, eliciting his frank confession.
