In Mumbai, Shiva, a petty thief, unexpectedly crosses paths with Paro, a woman visiting from Patna for a wedding. Their initial encounter leads to a budding romance, as Shiva finds himself captivated by her charm.

Before he can leave his life of crime behind, Shiva and his accomplice 2G plan one last heist at a railway station. They aim to swindle a woman, but the heist takes an unexpected turn.

Instead of finding money, Shiva discovers a girl named Chinki hidden inside the trunk he mistakenly acquires. To his surprise, Chinki believes Shiva to be her father, complicating his life further.

While trying to deal with Chinki, Shiva is caught by a police officer who sees him with the trunk. Chinki's insistence on calling him 'Dad' complicates the situation, escalating Shiva's troubles.

When Paro discovers Chinki's existence, she feels hurt and betrayed. Angered by Shiva's secret, she decides to leave back to Patna, leaving Shiva heartbroken and alone.

Shiva's troubles deepen when dangerous goons mistake him for ASP Vikram Rathore due to their striking resemblance. This misunderstanding leads to a chase, bringing danger to Shiva's door.

Just when Shiva is on the brink of being overwhelmed by the goons, ASP Vikram Rathore, Chinki's real father, makes a dramatic entrance. He fights off the attackers but ultimately suffers serious injuries.

After the fight, the police inform Shiva about Rathore's struggle against the corrupt Baapji in Devgarh. They explain how Rathore had been fighting against Baapji's violent rule and seeking justice for the oppressed.

After Rathore's near-fatal attack, Shiva decides to adopt Chinki, keeping the harsh realities of her father's fate hidden from her. He resolves to disguise himself as ASP Vikram Rathore to return to Devgarh.

In Devgarh, Shiva adopts Rathore's identity with a fierce resolve to seek vengeance against Baapji and restore justice. His determination grows as he learns more about Rathore's fight against tyranny.

After learning the truth about Shiva's circumstances from 2G, Paro finds the strength to forgive him. This reconciliation reignites their relationship as they band together against Baapji's rule.

Shiva cunningly plans an attack against Baapji, leading to a full-scale revolt among the villagers. In a climactic battle, Shiva confronts Baapji, leading to a fierce fight that determines the village's fate.
