Ravindra 'Ravi' works as a junior lawyer under his ex-girlfriend Kanaka Mahalakshmi, often making mistakes in his cases. Despite his struggles, he is friends with Sekhar, the AG of Telangana. The story begins with Ravi navigating his legal career and personal relationships.

Harika Talwar, R&D head of Syncox Pharma, seeks Ravi's assistance to prove her father Vijay Talwar's innocence. She believes Vijay was framed for the death of Radhakrishna Chennuri, the FDA chairman. Ravi investigates the case, looking for evidence to clear Vijay.

Ravi finds no DNA evidence linking Vijay to the crime scene. He persuades the prosecutor that there is insufficient proof against Vijay. However, ACP Hanumanth Rao begins his own investigation into Radhakrishna's death, suspecting Vijay’s innocence.

Hanumanth's team uncovers similarities between Radhakrishna's death and a previous case involving a celebrity. They begin to suspect a pattern and continue their investigation into potential links and motives. This hints at a larger conspiracy behind the murders.

Hanumanth's team traces a man, Saketh, a prosthetic makeup artist, who took face measurements for a statue at Madame Tussauds. Saketh's involvement suggests his connection to the murders through prosthetic faces, leading to his house where authorities attempt to arrest him.

It is revealed that Ravi was masquerading as Goli Pahelwan and was responsible for the murders. He was secretly wearing prosthetic masks to commit the crimes, including the brutal killing of Harika while disguised as Sekhar. Ravi's actions show his deepening criminal scheme.

Ravi had met Saketh in a past case and became interested in his prosthetic technology. He kidnapped Saketh's girlfriend, Jaanu, to blackmail him into creating prosthetic faces. Jaanu's accident and coma become a critical part of Ravi's manipulations.

Jaanu wakes up from her coma and attempts to seek help, raising suspicions about Ravi, who is guarding her. Dr. Dinesh informs Hanumanth about Ravi's secretive behavior, indicating Ravi's involvement in further murders and his use of Saketh's prosthetic skills.

Ravi starts wearing Saketh's prosthetic faces, including Dr. Dinesh's, to evade detection. He kills Dinesh and then murders Harika using Sekhar's face disguise. His escalating violence reveals his relentless quest for revenge and cover-up.

It is revealed that Harika, Vijay, and others were involved in the murder of Dr. Shanthi, who was exposing unethical human trials at Syncox Pharma. They covered up their crimes through brutal acts, including rape and murder, to hide their secrets.

Enraged by the conspirators’ actions, Ravi targets key figures like Mudi Reddy and succeeds in killing him at a political gathering. He then manipulates the case to pin the murder on Reddy's henchman, seeking justice for Shanthi and others.

After completing his revenge, Ravi frees Saketh and Jaanu, expressing gratitude despite his violent actions. He reconciles with his past, and the story concludes with Ravi living happily with his fiancée, Keerthana, having fulfilled his mission of justice.
