Ashwin, Kishore, and Praveen, college friends, decide to invest in a resort business and build a shared future. They pool resources and set a bold plan for success. This marks the beginning of their venture together.

They launch the resort and initially everything runs smoothly. The business gains momentum as guests arrive and profits grow. The trio savors early success while staying focused on their dream.

Soon after the launch, the trio experiences unexplained phenomena around the resort. Objects move on their own and eerie sounds unsettle the staff and guests. The haunting threatens their confidence and the viability of the venture.

In desperation, they consult a nearby church father for spiritual guidance. The attempt provides little relief and fear only grows. They begin to suspect the haunting is more than a simple disturbance.

The church father suggests Rudra, a world‑renowned mentalist who claims to contact spirits and perform cold readings. He is also known for assisting the police as a human lie detector. The trio agrees to bring Rudra into the investigation.

Rudra's investigation points to Kiran, the daughter of Chandra Shekar, the Vice Chancellor of the Institution. Jealousy over Amrutha's popularity and Nandu's affection for Amrutha provide motive. The truth reveals a web of campus politics and personal grudges.

Amrutha, driven by anger, tries to kill Kiran. Rudra intervenes, preventing the act and reminding her of the morals her father taught. He helps her find a path to peace rather than vengeance.
