After successfully stealing the money, the criminals attempt to make their escape in a getaway car. Unfortunately, their car suffers mechanical failure, causing chaos and resulting in the death of one of their team members, escalating the situation significantly.

The surviving criminals, Doc, Blade, and Thirty-Two, are forced to flee on foot into an underground parking garage while police pursue them. In their desperation, they take several hostages, including a woman named Maria.
