Yash Sabharwal [Suniel Shetty] is a driven billionaire who shines in strategy and big-scale planning, always chasing the next bold move. He becomes captivated by Isha Nair [Keerthi Reddy], a brilliant medical student whose idealism sends her to Scotland for advanced research. To win Isha’s heart, Yash sponsors her scholarship and secretly hires Gaurav Saxena [Arjun Rampal], hoping that his charm will help Isha fall for Yash.
In Scotland, Taj Bharadwaj [Aftab Shivdasani], a warm and charismatic NRIs gentleman raised in royal luxury, falls deeply for Isha. He faces a real hurdle—whether his father, Lord Bharadwaj [Dalip Tahil], will approve of his choice. As Gaurav enters Isha’s life, she also begins to feel drawn to him, while Gaurav finds himself falling for Isha too. When Yash learns of this tangled triangle, he instructs Gaurav to break Isha’s heart so she will turn back to him. To push Isha away, Gaurav even pretends to start a relationship with Maya Dhillon [Monica Bedi], using the ruse to create distance between Isha and himself. Taj discovers the deception and informs Isha, deepening the emotional stakes for everyone involved.
The scheme shifts when Gaurav is rewarded by Yash with a fortune—£1 billion—for stepping out of Isha’s life and clearing the path for Yash’s plans. Gaurav opens a bank account, only to learn—belatedly—that the bank is owned by the Bharadwaj family, and Taj is its operator. He tells Taj that he has “sold his soul to the devil” but soon begins to realize that he cannot live without Isha. He returns the money to Yash, confesses that Maya’s romance was a fabrication, and announces that his heart lies with Isha. Maya confronts Isha and reveals that Gaurav’s love was real, but he sacrificed it for Yash. Isha forgives Gaurav and rekindles her affection for him.
Yet Isha’s parents have already arranged an engagement to Taj, and Rubaina Alam [Isha Koppikar], a close friend, invites Yash to the ceremony. Yash refuses to attend at first, clashing with Rubaina’s pointed words about the mess he’s made. He then decides to disrupt Taj and Isha’s engagement. At the engagement, Gaurav arrives and tells Isha that his love is true, urging her to keep their relationship a secret. A tense confrontation follows when Taj confronts Gaurav about the intruding presence, but Yash intervenes, taking the blame for manipulating the situation. He argues that he deserves punishment, not Gaurav, for exploiting their lives to force a match. Isha makes her choice clear, declaring that she loves Gaurav, and the couple’s engagement is sealed.
In the aftermath, Gaurav’s victory in love becomes clear. Yash and Taj do not succeed in their plans, but Gaurav helps arrange Taj’s engagement with Maya [Monica Bedi], while Yash’s mother helps secure Rubaina’s engagement with Rubaina Alam’s ally. With these matches set, all three couples begin their new lives together, and Gaurav’s steadfast devotion to Isha ultimately triumphs.
