A hired goon murders Chettiar's daughter to intimidate opponents and safeguard the hospital project. The brutal act demonstrates the lengths to which the conspirators will go. The family’s tragedy also hints at deeper corruption surrounding the hospital.

R.R. tries to assault the kidnapped girl at his house. When she resists, Dharma murders her and buries the body in the house with concrete. The crime reveals the brutal enforcement of the political-criminal alliance.

Honest Raj, a DCP investigating the murder of an MLA, zeroes in on R.R. but is suspended under political pressure. The suspension shows how power can derail justice. The case remains unresolved as interference continues.

A few years later, Governor's rule is established and Honest Raj is brought back to lead the investigation into a man’s disappearance tied to a grieving sister. The wife’s persistent petitions to the court become a driving force. The renewed focus shifts the narrative toward missing persons and accountability.

During the probe, the wife claims her husband visited the police station seeking answers about his sister’s disappearance and leaked information to Junior Vikatan. An enraged inspector beats him, and Dharma retaliates by assaulting the inspector and sending him to the ambulance. The investigation is derailed by violence and retaliation.

Honest Raj continues the pursuit and eventually finds a skeleton inside Dharma's house. The discovery confirms a pattern of murders connected to the hospital and its backers. The evidence begins to unravel the conspiracy surrounding the kidnapping and killings.

A mysterious lady calls the Police Department and informs Honest Raj about the disappeared women being doctors in training in Bombay. She helps him trace Dharma's henchmen and reveals a hospital network involved in stealing kidneys. This shifts the investigation toward a broader, city-wide crime syndicate.

Dharma fakes his own death and returns to R.R.'s house, where R.R. and his wife are murdered by a servant as the husband plans to turn approver. The scene deepens the tragedy and demonstrates the reach of the criminal network. Dharma appears shocked by the execution of the plan.
