Ruth is Barbara's younger sister, spoiled and insecure, who uses her sister's love to manipulate Nick. After Ruth learns Nick has feelings for Barbara, she manipulates him into marrying her to prove his loyalty to Barbara. Following her death, Ruth returns as a vengeful presence, channeling anger through haunting, possession, and occult rituals. Her actions drive the family toward tragedy and reveal the corrosive power of jealousy.

Barbara is the well-meaning but passive elder sister who tolerates Ruth's whims to keep peace in the family. Maestra Beatriz is the occult teacher who guides Ruth in black magic and tries to contact the dead during séances. She is attacked during a séance when Ruth's power manifests and ultimately dies from the confrontation. Her presence exposes the danger and misused rites behind Ruth's haunting.

Yaya Benita is the household caretaker who represents the moral center of the family. She protects Karen on multiple occasions and resists Ruth's supernatural influence. Her steady presence anchors the family as the haunting escalates.

Sofia is Beatriz's apprentice who warns Nick of the danger and helps plot against Ruth's growing power. She briefly travels to the villa to inform and assist Barbara and Karen. Sofia embodies the practical, cautious counterforce to Ruth's occult ascent.

Bidoy is Barbara's husband and a stabilizing force in the family who becomes entangled in the crisis. He supports Barbara and Karen during the turmoil and participates in the pursuit of safety for them all. His role culminates in the aftermath of the climactic confrontation, standing as a witness to the family’s trials.
