Geetha and Sanjeev uncover a heavy opium dose in cigars from Tiger Brand during their probe. They launch Mission Oxygen to destroy the brand and cut off the supply. They realize the Tiger Brand's true owners are Raghupati's brothers, and the crime threatens Sanjeev's family.

Geetha leaks a gas cylinder plan that triggers an explosion, killing her in the process. Sanjeev learns of the attack on his family through his phone, realizing the danger extends to his loved ones. The incident confirms a direct link between the criminals and the threats against him.

Amit and Sathya murder Sripathi, triggering fear within Raghupati's family and forcing them to withdraw from regular life. The murder reveals the reach of Sanjeev's enemies and escalates the threat against his loved ones. The family's safety becomes the immediate concern of everyone involved.

The public vows to quit smoking after witnessing the disaster, and the police close the case, declaring Sanjeev dead. The victory comes at a high cost, with the mastermind seemingly gone and the truth largely concealed.

In a twist, Sanjeev survives the explosion and is alive in Bombay. A CBI officer pledges ongoing support whenever needed, signaling that his quest for justice will continue. The film ends on a note of resilience despite the heavy sacrifices.
