After being jailed for a fatal car accident, chauffeur Law returns five years later to a changed world. Luk, his former employer and a powerful rural tycoon, has expanded his corporation, and Luk’s loyal aide Keung has his own ambitions. With the help of a tech-savvy prison friend, Joe, Law begins wiretapping phones, uncovering a plan by Keung that could permanently alter Hong Kong’s land development. The scheme becomes even more complicated when Joe connects with Eva, a single mother with a hidden past linked to both Law and Keung.
