In a post-apocalyptic future, survivors have formed ninja clans, with the Lost Ninja Clan—led by Cage and Surge, alongside Sky, Trillion, and Mar—summoned to an underground bunker for a peace conference. Each clan wields a unique magic power, and the Lost Ninja Clan controls electricity. Fumitaka, a respected clan leader, believes external threats loom and urges the clans to unite for survival. His proposal is initially well received, but, at the end of his speech, he is assassinated.
Three witnesses step forward to identify Cage—the leader of the Lost Ninja Clan—as the assassin. Cage protests his innocence, and he leads his clan to safety through a hostile crowd, using much of his magical power to temporarily knock many opponents unconscious.
The Lost Ninja Clan splits to explore the bunker, fending off several opponents, though Mar is eventually overwhelmed and killed. After burying Mar, Trillion guides them to an elevator he had scouted. They clash with ninjas commanded by Becker, head of a rival clan that uses fire-based powers, and accusations fly about who killed Fumitaka. The elevator proves to be a decoy, dropping them to the bottom level where they encounter hordes of zombies. [Trillion] had been bitten, triggering panic. Leadership tension flares between Surge and Cage, but Sky intervenes to restore order. A repeating message from Hiroshi, Hiroshi Fumitaka’s lieutenant, hints at a second working elevator, though the transmission cuts out before coordinates can be shared. They push through the undead to reach the working elevator, and Sky sacrifices himself to give the others a chance to escape.
Demoralized, the survivors press on, only to be met by the Siren Clan, an all-female group that appears as clones. At first they seem friendly, then they turn hostile. Siren Trillion is killed, and Surge is poisoned. Cage and Surge fight their way toward the exit, where Becker again blocks them. They clash, and Cage’s mercy leads Becker to question Cage’s guilt. As the group pauses to obtain medicine, a double of Cage emerges and stabs Surge. Hiroshi’s shapeshifting is revealed, and he admits that he killed Fumitaka to keep Cage from becoming Fumitaka’s lieutenant. Weakened and with his powers drained, Cage is nearly overpowered, but Surge returns with a final act to kill Hiroshi. In the aftermath, Becker, impressed by Cage’s honor and skill, pledges his loyalty to the surviving leader.
