The backstory reveals Jyoti, a prostitute who is killed and disposed of at a well filled with the bodies of other women. Dheeraj Pandey, a psychopathic killer, is revealed as the man behind these crimes. The well scene hints at the scale and cruelty of his crimes.

Arjun makes a deal with Sameer, a gangster and pimp, to help solve the unexplained disappearances of the prostitutes. He uses this connection to access underworld information and potential suspects. The partnership marks a morally gray path in his investigation.

While investigating, Arjun discovers a phone number linked to the missing girls and instructs Sameer to send a prostitute to that number. Sameer selects Reshma, a college newcomer who has entered prostitution to support her family. Reshma's arrival pulls her into a deadly chain of events.

Reshma is sent to the house of Dheeraj Pandey, a psychopathic killer. Dheeraj tortures and kills missing prostitutes, including Jyoti, and throws Reshma into a dark well to torment her. The encounter marks Reshma as another victim in his sadistic spree.

Reshma manages to claw her way out of the dark well and begins a perilous trek through the forest to safety. She fights exhaustion and fear while evading Dheeraj's reach. Her escape raises the stakes for Arjun's pursuit of the killer.

Arjun uncovers that Dheeraj is the murderer and promptly informs the police. With this breakthrough, Dheeraj is placed in jail as authorities mobilize to bring him to justice. The case enters a high-stakes phase for the investigation.

While Dheeraj is in jail, Commissioner Sadaa arranges for psychiatrist Dr. Sania to extract his confession. Dheeraj reveals his motive: he kills women because he believes they take advantage of men. The chilling rationale provides a window into his warped psychology.

Dheeraj is released from custody due to the influence of Nirmala Pandit. This turn allows him to move freely again and continue his crimes. Arjun and the investigation brace for renewed danger as the killer resumes his rampage.

Dheeraj's renewed trail leads him toward a temple where Reshma is hiding. Nirmala and the temple priest are killed by Dheeraj, but the priest reveals that Reshma is nearby. The confrontation tightens the noose around Reshma's fate.

Dheeraj locates Reshma, who trembles in fear and urinates at the sight of him. He brutally murders her, escaping just before Arjun and the cops arrive. The loss devastates Arjun and strengthens his resolve to stop the killer.

Dheeraj targets Priya, inviting her for a photo shoot and attempting to torture her. Arjun arrives in time to save her and engages Dheeraj in a brutal fight as police intervene. Dheeraj's torture tapes are played, and Inspector Sadaa ultimately shoots him to end his reign of terror.

After the confrontation, Arjun visits a church with Priya. The experience prompts him to accept faith and love, signaling a personal transformation beyond cynicism. The film closes with a sense of reconciliation and hope for the future.
