The film opens with Mano being released from a Paris jail after bail posted by the Indian Embassy. Before stepping out, he recounts the events that led to his imprisonment, giving viewers the backstory in his own words. The warden listens as Mano explains how his life spiraled into trouble.

Mano is a middle-class youth who works as a salesperson at KUN Hyundai, a showroom run by Kuthala Sithambaram. His job places him in Chennai’s automotive world and foreshadows the conflicts with Keerthana. The setting establishes his ordinary life before the romantic and legal turmoil begin.

Mano has a minor accident with Keerthana Vasudevan, an arrogant TV producer. Keerthana instantly develops hatred for Mano as his antics irritate her. Their first encounter sows seeds of ongoing friction between them.

Keerthana escalates her vendetta by buying the KUN Hyundai showroom to fire Mano, using her influence to remove Sithambaram and even Mano’s ally Raja. Her actions show how far she is willing to go to get rid of him. Mano’s world then deteriorates as his job and reputation come under threat.

Amid mounting workplace tension, Mano develops romantic feelings for Keerthana. His affection continues despite her clear hostility, deepening the drama between them. The conflict between love and antagonism becomes a central dynamic.

Keerthana is involved in an accident, and Mano rushes to the hospital to donate blood, saving her life. Grateful after the rescue, she invites him to Paris to meet her aunt and uncle and spend a few days there. This invitation hint at reconciliation but also foreshadows a trap.

Keerthana invites Mano to Paris, claiming a chance to meet her relatives and relax for a few days. Instead, it is revealed as a trap designed to rid him from her life. In Paris, their confrontation escalates until Mano slaps her, and he is arrested as a result.

In the present day, Mano is released and borrows the warden’s motorbike to rush to meet Keerthana before he leaves for India. He intends to clear the air and perhaps confess his feelings. This sequence kicks off the pursuit and rescue that follows.

Keerthana is chased by goons led by her fiancé Ashwin after she calls off the engagement when learning he is transgender and misogynistic. Mano intervenes as he witnesses the danger and fights to protect her. The sequence sharpens the stakes and cements their bond.

Mano fights off Ashwin’s goons to save Keerthana and then decides to leave for India. The act of saving her marks a turning point in their relationship, shifting from antagonism to budding affection. They both realize there may be a future together.

After the danger subsides, Keerthana realizes she loves Mano and begins to rethink their relationship. She returns to Chennai, signaling a commitment that crosses the initial hostility. The arc moves from conflict to potential romance.

Keerthana travels back to Chennai and accepts Mano's love, bringing the story to a hopeful close. The couple overcomes miscommunications and social friction to begin a future together. The film ends with their decision to be together despite their tumultuous start.
