Before embarking on his European tour, Zed decides to return to England for a reunion with his traditional family. This decision proves bittersweet, as he leaves behind his American girlfriend, Bina, to face the challenges of his familial obligations.

During his visit to England, Zed suddenly collapses and is rushed to the hospital. There, he learns that his leg muscles have deteriorated, a shocking revelation that marks the beginning of his health struggles.

After a series of tests and examinations, Zed is diagnosed with a degenerative autoimmune disease. This news not only devastates him but also introduces a host of strange visual and auditory hallucinations that complicate his situation further.
