John D'Soza is a serial killer who marries wealthy single mothers for their money, kills the entire family, and vanishes with their wealth. After his latest murder, he changes his name to Arvind and goes on the run, but a traffic accident throws his plans off course.

Arvind approaches Lakshmi and plays the role of a kind, caring man. He befriends her and is eventually promoted to factory manager, gaining access to the business operations.

In a flashback, Subadhra reveals herself as Lakshmi's estranged sister and shows footage of John killing his previous family. She blackmails him into killing Lakshmi to protect the secret, explaining his true motive for approaching her.

Lakshmi falls in love with Arvind and marries him, promoting him to managing director and offering him partial inheritance rights. He begins to consolidate power within the business.

Subadhra grows impatient as Lakshmi remains alive and wealthy. At a hotel meeting, Arvind is told that Lakshmi's wealth exceeds their expectations, and Subadhra reveals that the memory card with incriminating footage is hidden beneath her abdomen. Arvind kills Subadhra and retrieves the card.

After a TV news report links Arvind to his past murder, he panics and signs a cheque using his former name, John, instead of Arvind. Lakshmi's secretary notices the discrepancy and begins to suspect him, then blackmails him for half of his illicit earnings. Arvind murders her.

The secretary's murder triggers an investigation by Vijay, Lakshmi's friend and police officer. Vijay finds the cheque in the secretary's bra, deduces Arvind's involvement, and informs Lakshmi to keep him at home while he investigates.

As Vijay nears, Arvind attacks Lakshmi and Nithya, injects them with anesthesia, and confesses his full story. He frees a tiger he previously captured by using Subadhra's body as bait and locks the tiger inside the house, setting up a deadly standoff.

Lakshmi, Nithya, and Mithoo hide from the tiger in a sealed house, trying to stay quiet and avoid detection. The tension rises as the animal circles the building and the family waits for a safe moment to escape.

Outside the house, Arvind and Vijay engage in a brutal fight. Arvind overpowers and kills Vijay to prevent the law from stopping him.

Hours later, Arvind returns to the house to check on Lakshmi and finds her injured but alive. He opens the door, they clash, and the tiger abandons the pursuit to attack Arvind, killing him.

In the aftermath, Lakshmi survives the ordeal and escapes the house with her daughter Mithoo and Nithya. She regroups, takes control of her life and business, and begins a new chapter free from Arvind's threat.
