Dulcea awakens each Ranger's animal spirit—bear, ape, wolf, crane, frog and falcon—granting them new power. She hints she would begin to age if she leaves the temple, so she shapeshifts into an owl to preserve her age.

The Rangers navigate the temple and defeat a live fossilized dinosaur skeleton and four Stone Gargoyle guardians to reach the Monolith housing the Great Power. They retrieve the Great Power, restoring their Ranger suits and powers to their Ninjetti-enhanced forms.

Final battle on Earth; Ivan defeated; Zordon restored

Back on Earth, Ivan’s Ecto-Morphicons threaten Angel Grove while the kids rescue the parents with help from Fred, Bulk and Skull. The Rangers arrive with their new Ninja Zords and destroy Scorpitron, then Hornitor, using the Ninja Megazord and Ninja Mega Falconzord. They lure Ivan into space, guiding him toward Ryan's Comet, which destroys him; the Great Power is used to restore the Command Center and resurrect Zordon, and Angel Grove celebrates.
