After hearing a strange voice, Alata tracks down a mysterious girl who introduces herself as Rasil, and she vanishes as she heads off to locate a powerful horn. Before he can investigate further, he and his fellow Gosei group sense the approaching danger of the Warstar army remnants, who descend on Hokuto University in search of one of two meteorite samples. The Goseigers dash to the local museum to recover the remaining meteorite, only to learn that Rasil has already claimed it for herself. In a sudden clash, Warstar operatives Gyōten’ō and Deinbaruto ambush the group, seize Rasil’s meteorite, and fuse it with their own to summon the Horn of Ragnarok, a doomsday weapon that could break worlds apart, before slipping away again.
Rasil warns that the horn is a cataclysmic device capable of destroying worlds, and then flees once more. Guided by this revelation, Alata pursues her and gradually learns that she is the sole survivor of an alien world obliterated by the horn, now resolved to stop Warstar at any cost. With this new sense of purpose, he reassures her that he and his friends will stand against Warstar and defend Earth.
Meanwhile, Buredoran leaves the Yuumajuu to rejoin Warstar in their bid for destruction and offers his power to Gyōten’ō and Deinbaruto, who vow retaliation against Earth for the heroes’ earlier victory. Confronted by the Goseigers, Gyōten’ō unleashes the horn to summon eerie specters of fallen Warstar members to harass and weaken them. Yet the team finds aid in Gosei Knight, who helps them push back the apparitions and defeat Deinbaruto. Undeterred, Gyōten’ō swallows the horn and commands Buredoran to enlarge him, delivering a powerful onslaught that cracks at their newly built mecha. The Goseigers rally as Rasil lends them the power to summon a fresh machine, turning the tide long enough to bring Gyōten’ō down and neutralize the horn once again. With the horn destroyed and Buredoran retreating to rejoin the Yuumajuu, Rasil thanks the Goseigers for their aid and departs to begin rebuilding her shattered world.
