Magic Kingdom: Alamat ng Damortis

In the Damortis capital, Empress Sofia is killed by her brother Basilicus who orders a Mandog to do the deed. Dahlia, Sofia's daughter and heir, is whisked away to the world of mortals by Gaman and Mico to keep her safe. The assassination shatters the royal order and gives Basilicus the opening to seize control.

With Sofia dead, Basilicus consolidates his grip on Damortis, erasing rivals and suspending the old order. The kingdom slides into his rule as the rightful heir remains hidden. The throne's vacancy fuels fear and factionalism across the capital.

Amain, a mystic teacher, travels to Gaman's hideout in Tondo, Manila, and learns what happened to Sofia and Dahlia. He discovers Basilicus's victory and the danger Dahlia faces, and resolves to protect her. This discovery sets the course for the group's quest.

As Basilicus's men close in, Gaman is captured. Amain then takes Dahlia and his apprentice Jomar and moves them toward safety away from the palace. This daring act marks the first turn in a long pursuit.

Basilicus interrogates Gaman and demands Dahlia's location. A worm is planted in Gaman's ear as a trap, and before dying he reveals that Dahlia is in Talisay. The revelation sets Basilicus's hunt into motion.

Rava and Basilicus's guards travel to Talisay to pursue Dahlia. While the teens are away during a serenade, Amain is captured by Rava and his men, and his house is burned. Dahlia cannot save him, and danger closes in.

A worm slips into Oman's ear, quietly spreading influence. The teenagers press on toward Damortis for safety, hoping to reach the throne soon. Their path is fraught with peril as Basilicus's reach tightens.

The group encounters Gabriel, a miner, who provides food and shelter and guides them to safety. The locals recognize Princess Dahlia as the Pearl of Damortis and recount the death of Empress Sofia, confirming Dahlia's rightful claim. These revelations strengthen their resolve to reach the capital.

Jobert, Oman, and Mico are captured by Rava and brought to the palace, where Gabriel reveals a bounty on their heads. Dahlia and Samuel are missing, intensifying the royal rescue effort. The truth spreads, raising the stakes for everyone involved.

In the palace dungeon, the group finds Amain and frees him, then confronts Basilicus and Rava in a climactic battle. Samuel arrives with the Mandogs, turning the tide and shattering Basilicus's forces. The fight spills into the throne room as strategies collide.

Basilicus attempts to escape through a hidden trapdoor on the throne, but Dahlia and Samuel close in. He is crushed as the crown falls onto him and is attacked by the Mandogs, ending his rule. Gabriel places the crown on Dahlia, proclaiming her the new ruler of Damortis.

Six months later, Damortis celebrates Dahlia's ascension and her rule. Gabriel offers to command the troops as general, while Amain and the others set off for Talisay. As they journey, Amain gazes at Damortis through an umbrella, and he gives Samuel his tuldok as a sign of his coming of age.
