Adjie and Astrid prepare for a trip to Sydney with their friends. On the road, they meet Adjie's sister Ladya and persuade her to come along. A sense of anticipation masks the uneasy family tensions ahead.

Ladya initially declines to join the journey, still mourning their parents’ death. After some persuasion from the group, she changes her mind and agrees to come. The decision shifts the balance of the road trip as they press on.

A confused Maya flags them down and says she’s been robbed and can’t go home. Feeling pity, the group gives her a ride to her house. Her presence hints at danger simmering beneath the trip.

They meet Maya's family and are invited to stay for dinner. Dara secretly drugs Astrid’s drink, while Alam is seduced by Maya but rejected, prompting Maya to lash out and Adam to break Alam’s arm. The group begins to realize something horrific about the household.

Adjie and Astrid retreat to the upper floor so Astrid can rest. Dara’s drug begins to take effect, hinting at a plan beyond a quiet meal. The tension escalates as the reality of the situation surfaces.

The dinner party rapidly turns dangerous as the guests are drugged and knocked out. Arman moves the incapacitated group to a dark cellar, signaling the start of a deadly trap. Alam is killed in the chaos, and the house tightens its noose around the survivors.

Ladya snaps out of her restraints, knocks out Arman, and breaks free from the cellar. She frees Eko and Jimmy and re-enters the house to help her companions. The rescue attempt marks the first move in a larger confrontation.

Maya wields a crossbow and fires on the intruders, wounding Eko as they scramble toward the forest. Adam pursues the escapees, while Eko finds a road and looks for a way to call for help. The chase spreads beyond the house into the surrounding woods.

A police patrol enters the scene and begins a search of the house. A video and a collection of dated photographs surface, hinting at a long, disturbing lineage connected to the family’s violence. The investigation quickly spirals into a deadly crossfire.

Inside the tense interior, Arman traps Ladya and makes a brutal move toward rape. The moment underscores the personal peril faced by the survivors as the night wears on. Ladya braces for a desperate defense.

During the chaos, Arman is knocked aside, and Ladya's side of the struggle leads to Arman being stabbed in the eye. The cannibal family launches an attack on the police when they finally reach the house, plunging the scene into darkness. Maya is fatally wounded by gunfire as the firefight erupts.

Dara fights the attackers, ultimately shooting the fleeing leader to death. She then finds the dying Maya and kills her by breaking her neck to end her suffering. The house spirals into chaos as the remaining cannibals close in on the survivors.

Adam staggers out with a wooden stick jammed in his eye; he slashes the throat of one of the officers and they die together. Ladya and Adjie join in to assault Adam, while Eko intervenes with a sword. They manage to set Adam on fire and decapitate him together.

Ladya and Adjie relocate the newborn to a safer area of the house and prepare to escape. Ladya fires at Dara with an officer’s gun, then strangles her to end the threat. Adjie, gravely injured, asks Ladya to care for his nephew.

Morning arrives and Ladya leaves the house with the newborn. Dara reappears, alive, and attacks Ladya as she drives away. Ladya fights back, crashes the car into a tree, and ends Dara’s threat, with Dara’s bloody hand twitching as a final macabre detail.
