In Dark City, Texas, the ruthless bandit Jim Parasite runs an illegal whiskey distillery and has created a magical powder that shrinks anyone. Ranger Tom and his Texas Rangers are trapped, reduced to bottle‑size, and one bottle is shipped to Belgium.
