In Dark City, Texas, the ruthless bandit Jim Parasite runs an illegal whiskey distillery and has created a magical powder that shrinks anyone. Ranger Tom and his Texas Rangers are trapped, reduced to bottle‑size, and one bottle is shipped to Belgium. There, Lambik, Suske, Wiske, Aunt Sidonia, Jerom and Professor Barabas learn of Tom’s plight and set out to restore him and stop Parasite.
