Little Vampire

Pandora and her son flee a prince who loves Pandora and is furious at the child. He plans to hand them over to the God of Nothingness, a colossal slimy monster. Just as all seems lost, the skeleton pirate Captain of the Dead arrives to rescue them.

On the Captain of the Dead's ship, Pandora and her son become vampires and vow never to age. The God of Nothingness devours the Captain's soldiers, and the swallowed prince is transformed into a moon-headed being called the Gibbous, who vows revenge.

The Captain flees with Pandora and Little Vampire through different eras, gathering allies Marguerite, Claude, Fantomate, and Ophtalmo along the way. These monsters join the crew and fight alongside them. They eventually hide in a hilltop mansion where the Captain builds a dome to render them invisible.

Centuries later, Little Vampire grows tired of the monster routine and follows Fantomate to look for school. He meets Michel, an orphan who lives with his grandparents, through a mathematics notebook. Little Vampire helps Michel with his homework and they begin exchanging messages, forming a real friendship.

Little Vampire visits Michel and befriends him, unaware that a kawai is hidden in the notebook. The kawai are humans turned into bugs by the Gibbous. On returning, they encounter the Gibbous again and manage to escape him.

Fantomate warns Pandora and the Captain that the Gibbous is hunting them and that Michel must be brought back to keep him quiet. The Captain orders Fantomate and the monsters to retrieve Michel to protect their secret.

Michel is introduced to the Captain and the monsters as Little Vampire's ally. The Captain asks him to swear a pirate oath to be a faithful friend and never reveal the Little Vampire's existence to anyone.

Although Michel bonds with the group, Little Vampire is disappointed that Michel is not a monster. Ophtalmo proposes turning Michel into a monster, a plan that proves dangerous and prompts Michel to flee back to his grandparents.

At night, the Gibbous appears and blackmails Michel: reveal the Little Vampire's hiding place or the grandparents will be harmed. Michel hesitates, torn between protecting his loved ones and keeping the Little Vampire safe.

While the monsters quarrel about Michel, they spot him on a surveillance camera and realize he has left a message. Michel ultimately yields, but a trapdoor pulls him down into Little Vampire's world, where he reunites with the gang.

Little Vampire decides to confront the Gibbous with the others and wakes Sleeping Belle on the Captain's boat. They reach the Gibbous's moored ship in Michel's garden and are captured: Michel and the monsters are stuffed in a bag while Little Vampire is taken to the Gibbous.

Fantomate warns Pandora and the Captain that Little Vampire and the others have been captured. The Captain's crew tries to rescue them, but Sleeping Belle awakens and abducts Pandora while the Gibbous looks on.

Little Vampire is turned into a mouse to free his friends from the Kawais. The Captain duels the Gibbous as Pandora intervenes, and the Gibbous cries, admitting he needs companionship. Sleeping Belle awakens and reconciles, waking the Gibbous into a prince again; they flee death together, while the Kawais dream of a democracy.

The next day, Michel reveals to his class how Little Vampire manipulated events. He resolves to return to his studies and attend class again. Meanwhile, Little Vampire and his friends meet on the beach, while Pandora and the Captain can finally leave their mansion and enjoy the world.
