Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes

Many generations have passed since the fall of Caesar, resulting in a world where humanity has devolved into a feral existence. Meanwhile, various ape clans have established their own societies, each adapting to the harsh new reality.

Noa, a young chimpanzee from a unique falconry-oriented clan, prepares for an important coming-of-age ceremony alongside his friends Anaya and Soona. This event is significant for them as it marks a transition to adulthood in their society.

On the day of their ceremony, Noa and his friends embark on a quest to gather eagle eggs, an essential part of their traditions. However, their hunt takes a disastrous turn when a human scavenger accidentally destroys Noa's precious egg.

In a desperate attempt to find a replacement egg, Noa inadvertently encounters a dangerous group of ape raiders who are armed with electric weapons. This confrontation marks the transition from his innocent journey to one filled with peril and chaos.

Upon returning home, Noa is horrified to find his village under attack, engulfed in flames. He witnesses the brutal murder of his father, Koro, by the raider leader Sylva, leaving him traumatized and determined to avenge his family.

After burying his father among the ashes of his home, Noa vows to rescue his captured clan members. This moment solidifies his resolve, marking the beginning of his perilous mission to locate and save his family.

On his journey, Noa meets Raka, a wise orangutan who shares valuable teachings about Caesar and the ancient traditions of their kind. Raka’s guidance instills in Noa the hope he needs to tackle the daunting challenges ahead.

While traveling, Noa and Raka encounter a human scavenger whom they decide to name Nova. Surprisingly, Nova can speak and reveals that Noa's clan has been taken to a coastside settlement, hinting at a larger plot involving human technology.

As Noa and Nova attempt to reach the coastside settlement, they are ambushed by Sylva’s gang. In this thrilling encounter, Raka heroically saves Nova from drowning, setting the stage for the growing stakes in Noa’s mission.

Noa and Nova are captured by the raiders and find themselves imprisoned within the settlement. To Noa’s shock, he reunites with his clan members but faces the oppressive authority of Proximus Caesar, who has enslaved others in his quest for power.

Proximus invites Noa, Nova, and the human Trevathan to dinner, revealing his ambitions and plans for the vault. Suspicion arises as Noa grapples with Proximus’s words and Mae’s ambiguous intentions.

In a tense moment, Mae reveals a hidden entrance to the old human vault, asserting that it holds a mysterious book with the potential to restore speech to humans. Intrigued, Noa agrees to help Mae, hoping it will lead to his clan's freedom.

As Noa, Mae, and their allies go about planting explosives around thesettlement, Trevathan catches them in the act. In a shocking turn of events, Mae kills Trevathan to protect their mission, showcasing the lengths they will go for liberation.

Inside the vault, they find weapons and Mae’s 'book', which turns out to be a satellite key. The revelation about the past—how humans once confined apes—prompts profound realizations about their identities and the world they inhabit.

Noa and his clan face a final confrontation with Proximus, leading to a chaos-filled escape from the collapsing bunker. After the battle, Noa shares a poignant farewell with Mae, exploring the complexities of their intertwined futures in a fractured world.
