The agency has learned that Po plans to stage a private martial arts tournament at his compound, with a life-changing prize: the winner will earn a chance to face Po himself in a final match for a million dollars. Ford offers Sloan a grim deal—to gain his freedom, Sloan must enter the tournament and eliminate Po. Sloan accepts, disguising himself with the alias “Jack Jones” to keep his identity hidden while he navigates this deadly stage.

Sloan’s first test is in a street bout, where he effortlessly dispatches two fighters, earning him a coveted invitation from a talent scout named Brubaker. Before he reaches Po’s compound, he stops at a roadside bar where trouble finds him in the form of a group of thugs harassing a young woman named Megan Laurence. Sloan intervenes, subdues the assailants with ease, and saves Megan, who surprisingly reveals she is also entering the same brutal tournament. The encounter foreshadows an uneasy alliance that will unfold within Po’s fortified world.

Upon arriving at the compound, Sloan is met by Darcy Cove, one of Po’s many female captives, who makes it clear that competition is mandatory if Sloan wants any chance of advancing and eventually facing Po. Sloan watches as a brutal fighter named Thomas destroys another young contender, and soon Sloan is paired against Megan in a qualifying match. Although Megan taunts him, Sloan chooses restraint over brutality, subduing her rather than delivering a decisive and dangerous blow. Sloan’s old rival, Lando Smith, appears as a capable ally who will back him up in this perilous mission.

The tournament’s seventh-anniversary party marks a pivotal moment. Po is introduced to the crowd by Bill, his trusted lieutenant, and Sloan uses the distraction to search for his wife. Po’s security is tight, the compound is heavily guarded, and the mood is tense with the knowledge that lives will be on the line. Po offers Megan a renewed chance to compete but also places a bounty on her head, triggering a vengeful scrum among the other fighters. Megan proves formidable, fighting fiercely until Po himself strikes, prompting Lando to step in and escort her back to a safer place.

That night, Sloan locates his wife but cannot free her before alarms summon the guards. He is captured by Po, who is surprised to see his old adversary again. The following morning, Sloan reconciles with Megan and promises his assistance for the upcoming clashes, determined to uncover more about his wife’s whereabouts and Po’s plan.

The tournament unfolds with a brutal rhythm of eliminations. Thomas incapacitates a female judoka; Lando and Megan win their own bouts, and Sloan is called to the ring. He defeats his opponent quickly, slipping through Po’s watchful eye. As the intrigue deepens, Lando infiltrates Po’s circle by forming a romantic connection with Darcy and pressing for critical information about Sloan’s wife, offering to help Darcy escape Po’s grasp if possible. Darcy provides the intel, which Lando passes along to Sloan, only to be caught by Bill.

Po relentlessly tortures Lando to uncover Sloan’s purpose in the tournament, and with no satisfactory answer, he brings Darcy forward and tortures her in front of Lando, forcing him to admit that he is a DEA agent. Darcy’s life is taken in a cold act of intimidation, and Lando’s cover is exposed, a brutal reminder of the stakes at hand.

Meanwhile, Sloan remains unable to locate his wife because Po has moved her to a different cell. Sloan is captured again only to be confronted by Po, who is stunned to see his old rival arrive in his domain. The final day of the tournament pushes the combatants into a deadly crescendo: Po declares that every fight will be to the death, and he begins to eliminate fighters who refuse to risk their lives, killing several in cold blood as they depart.

The arena becomes a crucible where old scores are settled and new alliances are forged. As the rounds progress, Sloan and Po each prove themselves to be more than a match for their remaining rivals. When the last two would-be contenders step forward, the crowd is drawn into a brutal climax. Po escalates the conflict by forcing Megan to the forefront, but she refuses to fight out of fear or for a hollow prize. Lando’s fate is sealed when Po’s prowess proves too much, and the fight narrows down to Sloan and Po. After an exceptionally savage duel, Sloan emerges victorious once again, but the victory is bittersweet: Bill hauls Vicky at gunpoint, offering Po a dangerous escape route. Sloan dispatches Bill with a precise knife throw, freeing Vicky and giving chase to Po as he, Vicky, Lando, and Megan flee the compound.
