A steroid‑dependent kickboxer tries to quit the drugs and escape the sleazy promoter who runs his matches. Meanwhile, rival gangs that fix the kickboxing bouts clash in a violent war, wiping each other out. The son of one gang leader attempts to go legitimate, while corrupt officers work with the syndicates and honest cops move to expose them.
