Khuda Kasam

She is a determined officer who uncovers the conspiracy involving Home Minister Bhavani Prasad Lala, only to be framed and imprisoned herself. She later resurfaces undercover as Miss Madonna to dismantle the corrupt network.

Hussain is an upright truck driver who is wrongfully imprisoned for five years on arms trafficking charges. His motivation stems from a desire for revenge against the corrupt politicians who destroyed his life. Guided by his mother Fatima's principles, he balances duty with conscience, ultimately fighting back when his loved ones are threatened.

Bhawani Prasad Lala is the corrupt Home Minister who orchestrates the assassination of the Chief Minister and manipulates the legal system to protect his political position. He orchestrates the framing of Neetu Singh and uses his cronies, including police officials and bureaucrat Sitaram Gidwani, to maintain control and derail justice.

Fatima is Hussain's devout mother who emphasizes forgiveness, restraint, and moral principle. She guides her son to protect his family while urging him to fight against oppression without abandoning his principles. Her guidance creates a moral counterpoint to the film's themes of revenge and justice.

After being framed and imprisoned, Neetu Singh adopts the persona of Miss Madonna, a glamorous disguise from London, to infiltrate the corrupt network operated by the Home Minister. This transformation represents the film's theme of disguise and deception as a weapon against powerful criminals.
