Following the 2008 recession, Sameer Chaudhary and his wife Nargis face unemployment and financial hardship. They eventually secure jobs in the Middle Eastern country of Noman, but a delay in paperwork means Sameer remains in India while Nargis travels ahead. Shortly after arriving, she is abducted, and desperately calls for help. Driven by rage and helplessness, Sameer journeys to Noman to find her, teaming up with a local taxi driver in a race against time.
