Karan Arjun

Durga explains that her husband was Thakur Sangram Singh's son who married her against his father's wishes. Durjan Singh, a Thakur relative, murdered Durga's husband to stop his line from inheriting the estate. The Thakur had planned to sign over the estate to Durga's sons, Karan and Arjun, triggering a deadly feud.

Durjan murders Thakur and, with his brothers-in-law Nahar and Shamsher, brutally kills Karan and Arjun to prevent the estate from passing to the wrong heirs. Durga prays to Goddess Kali for her sons' return. Miraculously, Karan and Arjun are reincarnated, but they are raised in different families, unaware of their past lives.

Twenty years after the reincarnation, Arjun has become Vijay and falls in love with Sonia Saxena, a wealthy young woman. Sonia's wedding is fixed to Suraj, Durjan's son, creating a dangerous conflict between love and duty. Meanwhile Karan is reborn as Ajay and begins working for Govind, Sonia's father and Durjan's arms-trade partner, with Bindiya secretly in love with him.

Suraj orders the killing of Vijay to remove the rival, but Vijay fights back with resolve. Ajay, now another version of Karan, is sent to kill Vijay, leading to a tense duel between the brothers. A bolt of lightning interrupts their fight, and Govind's attempt to shoot Vijay is thwarted when Ajay shouts for him to run, echoing a line from their past.

Ajay is captured and imprisoned while Vijay escapes. Sonia is forcibly brought to Durjan's house to be married to Suraj, further entangling the fates of the lovers. Durga remains unaware of the immediate danger but holds on to hope for her sons' return.

Vijay, aided by Linghaiyya, travels to rescue Sonia, stunning everyone when he is revealed to be Arjun. In the rescue, Vijay's memories of his past life resurface, and he is reunited with Durga, learning that his brother Karan is now living as Ajay. Bindiya's devotion ties the fates together.

Bindiya joins the group, and Durjan, initially unwilling to believe the brothers' return, confronts them. Nahar and Shamsher attempt to seize the reincarnated brothers but are killed by Ajay and Vijay in the same brutal way they killed Karan and Arjun. The brothers' presence finally makes Durjan fear and doubt his own power.

Govind and Durjan's alliance fractures, and Govind tries to coerce Sonia to run away with Vijay, presenting it as a love escape but really as a trap to break the lovers apart. Ajay and Vijay incite chaos to shield Sonia and keep their mission alive. The plan intensifies the stakes as Durjan's grip on power weakens.

In the climactic showdown, Vijay shoots Suraj to prevent him from advancing the marriage. Durjan kills Govind in a fit of rage and then tries to shoot Ajay and Vijay, only to be overpowered by the brothers. Durga witnesses the revenge and, on her orders, the villains are finally defeated.

With Durjan defeated, the two brothers marry their loves—Vijay to Sonia and Ajay to Bindiya—and the family is united under Durga's blessing. The long cycle of loss and revenge closes as the siblings reclaim their rightful identities and live in peace.
