Sathyam is a kind-hearted mechanic living a humble life with his family in Visakhapatnam. His brother Shiva nudges him to expand, and he eventually opens a large auto repair shop named Janatha Garage in Hyderabad. The garage quickly becomes a beacon for the underprivileged seeking justice.

A brutal road accident shatters the family circle and a poor man loses his college-going daughter. The investigation uncovers that she was sexually assaulted and killed by goons with powerful connections, yet there is no solid evidence to convict them. With no legal remedy in sight, Sathyam and his allies decide to take matters into their own hands, staging the incident as an accident to fight back against corruption.
