Arjun, once a carefree youth, is arrested for multiple crimes. He had helped laborers by posing as an income‑tax officer, stealing the factory owners’ black money and giving it to workers, while falling in love with Radha. After his brother, sister‑in‑law and niece are killed, Arjun seeks revenge, is captured, tortured and forced to surrender. Judge Ram Prakash, believing him innocent, orders house arrest on an isolated island.
