The political friction creates tension, especially because Prasad’s flatmates include Ganesh’s rival, while Prasad’s son Rayaan becomes a reluctant but curious admirer of Ganesh’s Jai Ganesh comics. The plot takes a dark turn when Rayaan is abducted from the flat on a night that starts with ordinary birthday celebrations. An unseen kidnapper spirals into action, and the investigation quickly centers on a man whose grief and sense of injustice have driven him to desperate acts: Mohan Selvaraj. Ganesh’s investigative instincts come to the fore as he identifies a lead: a coffee shop and a movie theatre, both of which fail to yield actual clues. A pivotal twist arrives when inside sources within the police leak the live videocall feed to Neerali, compromising Ganesh and painting him as a suspect in the attempted murder of an innocent child. The setback forces Ganesh to step away from the cybercell, a choice born of necessity rather than fear, as he recalibrates his approach.

Reassessing the evidence, Ganesh re-examines the CCTV footage and notices a critical detail: Mohan visited a location to meet someone—the second person revealed to be a sound technician who handles soundproof installations around the city. With this new angle, Ganesh collaborates with Narayanan and others to trace the room to a new company’s Info Park site, slated to open soon. In a tense sequence that showcases his ingenuity and unwavering determination, Ganesh hacks into the soundproof room’s face-recognition database, adding his own face to the access control. Though he can’t stand unaided for long, he manages a brief stand and, with the aid of his wheelchair, pushes through the door just in time to rescue Rayaan.

Meanwhile, the parallel arc follows Nidhi as she secures a major investment, a breakthrough that promises to bring her app featuring Jai Ganesh to life.
