Travis slips into a Las Vegas hostel room and targets a Ukrainian couple, Victor and Anka, inviting them to drink beer. They drink and fade from consciousness, where a cleanup crew takes them away. Travis is revealed to be part of the Elite Hunting Club, a secret, members-only organization where wealthy clients observe brutal games on live displays. The captured victims are kept in hidden chambers and prepared for the spectacle. This establishes the high stakes and corrupt world behind the night's events.

A man named Scott leaves his fiancée Amy to travel to Las Vegas for his bachelor party, joined by his friends Carter, Mike, and Justin. They arrive in the city with the promise of a wild night but soon find themselves pulled into the same deadly game. The tone shifts from celebration to ominous danger as the night unfolds.

In a nightclub, Scott's group meets two escorts, Kendra and Nikki, who offer them a way to push the night into something wilder. The foursome agrees and heads to an isolated venue, chasing a thrill that quickly becomes dangerous. The promise of excitement masks looming peril.

At the abandoned venue, Scott hesitates when Kendra makes a move on him, recounting his past infidelity with Amy. He insists he is not looking for trouble tonight, setting up a tension between desire, guilt, and loyalty that foreshadows the peril to come.

Meanwhile, Mike wakes in a cell near Victor and is escorted to a glass-walled torture chamber where a live audience watches him be strapped into a chair. A grotesque client dressed as a doctor brutalizes him and ends him in a cruel display of power.

The search for Nikki continues as Scott, Carter, and Justin go to her trailer and learn she is missing. Nikki later appears at the Las Vegas Art Show, where she is brought into a room and strapped to a table. A Hungarian-speaking man releases cockroaches that crawl into her mouth, suffocating her.

A text from Mike's phone lures the men to a hotel room where they are kidnapped and awaken in individual cells alongside Victor. The guards separate Justin, signaling the start of the pay-to-watch ordeal and the escalation of brutality.

Carter reveals his motive to seize Amy for himself and acknowledges the Elite Hunting Club, showing Scott that he bears the club's tattoo. The tattoo confirms that the events are a paid spectacle rather than a random crime.

Justin is strapped into a chair and shot with bolts by a masked assailant, a chilling prelude to the main event. Scott is later strapped into a chair as Flemming orders the show to begin, and the guards prepare the audience for the violence to come.

Flemming releases Scott briefly and they clash. Scott wounds Carter but uses Carter's tattoo to bypass scanners and escape. Victor fights back, killing a guard, but is killed himself. Scott contacts the police and frees Kendra, who is shot dead by Travis.

With authorities alerted, Flemming orders the Las Vegas Art Show evacuated and all prisoners killed. Scott and Travis continue to fight until Scott defeats Travis. Flemming attempts to escape in a vehicle, but Carter shoots him and steals Flemming's car, locking the front gate as the building explodes during the escape attempt.

Sometime later, Carter visits Amy at her home to comfort her, but she reveals that Scott is alive. She helps him confront Carter, and a burned Scott drags Carter into the garage to strap him to a chair and kill him with a gas-powered tiller, bringing the cycle of vengeance to a bleak close.

The film ends with a sense of damaged loyalties and a Las Vegas landscape where wealth and spectacle mask deadly consequences. The survivor must come to terms with trust, love, and revenge.
