Decades ago, Dr. Piotr Litvenko initiated a secretive program focused on developing clone soldiers, intended to be the perfect assassins. These clones were designed to possess enhanced attributes while lacking any emotions like guilt or remorse.

After experiencing a moral crisis regarding the program, Dr. Litvenko vanished, leaving his daughter Katia behind. His departure marked the closure of the cloning program by the government, leading to the disbandment of remaining agents.

Agent 47, a former operative, is assigned to locate and eliminate the official searching for Dr. Litvenko. Just before carrying out the assassination, he obtains crucial information about Katia's location, setting the stage for his pursuit.

Years later, an adult Katia is living in Berlin, consumed by anxiety and desperately searching for her father. She possesses acute sensory awareness, perceiving the world in a way that enhances her quest for answers.

While at a subway station, Katia meets John Smith, who warns her about Agent 47's impending attack. He offers her protection and hints that he may have vital information regarding her father, complicating her situation further.

As the Syndicate soldiers attack, chaos erupts with Litvenko's capture looming. In a desperate act, he gets an explosive-rigged inhaler from Agent 47, implying a final plan to thwart the Syndicate's ambitions.
