Charlie has been harboring a deep desire for revenge against Charan Grover for the past eight years. This grudge stems from the wrongful imprisonment of his father, Manohar Sharma, who was framed as a thief after being conned by Grover into stealing the Mughal Diamonds.

Charlie learns through the media that some world-famous diamonds will be secured in Grover's Shalimar vault at the Atlantis Palm hotel on Christmas Eve. Seeing this as an opportunity to steal the diamonds and frame Grover for the theft, he begins to plan his revenge.

To execute his plan, Charlie assembles a dynamic team including Jag, Tammy, and Rohan. Each member has their own motivations for joining the heist, including personal vendettas against Grover and expertise in specific fields that will aid in the theft.

The team discovers that Tammy, who is an expert safe cracker and used to work in Manohar's factory, has a deep connection to the vault. It is revealed that he had a close friendship with Manohar, intensifying their shared determination for revenge against Grover.

As the team researches the Shalimar vault, they realize the complexity of the biometric security system. Only Vicky Grover can access the vault, prompting them to enlist the help of a lookalike, Nandu, to carry out the heist effectively.

In order to access the vault, they must first win the World Dance Championship held at the Atlantis hotel. Desperate to learn to dance, they recruit Mohini, a bar dancer, who needs the money to open her own dance school.

As they train for the competition, Charlie and Mohini develop a romantic relationship. This emotional connection adds depth to the heist as Charlie learns to balance his revenge with his growing feelings for Mohini.

During the competition, Team India faces hostile rivals, particularly Grover, who looks down on them. Their initial shortcomings in dance are overshadowed by a heroic act of saving a child during a performance, which earns them respect from the audience.

After revealing that Manohar has died, Charlie's team is devastated but their resolve intensifies. Mohini, initially skeptical, decides to help them in the heist, drawn by the team's determination and Charlie's leadership.

On the night of the finals, the heist begins as Mohini distracts Vicky while Nandu and Jag take his place. Tensions rise when Tammy experiences an epileptic fit during the vault's cracking process, putting the entire plan in jeopardy.

Upon accessing the vault, the team discovers another safe containing the diamonds. Tammy realizes that his mentor, Manohar, built this safe, which complicates their heist as they have to crack another code before the time runs out.

After successfully cracking the safe's password, Charlie and the team steal the diamonds. As they escape, tensions flare over whether to leave Mohini and Rohan behind to protect their honor in the competition.

Confronted by Grover, the team decides to perform during the competition rather than escape. Remarkably, their performance, led by Charlie, combines their heist success with a display of newfound camaraderie and talent.

As suspicions target Team India, Grover and Vicky are eventually arrested following their exposure as criminals. Charlie reveals his true identity as Manohar's son, finally delivering justice for his father's wrongful conviction.

In the end, Charlie successfully switches the real diamonds for fake ones, allowing them to escape. The film concludes with Mohini opening her dance school as Charlie proposes to her with a diamond ring, symbolizing a hopeful future together.
