In 1998, brothers Dokka Marx Babu and Lenin Babu, notorious hooligans, burn down Satyam's mirchi factory during a chaotic incident. The destruction leads to significant personal and legal repercussions for those involved. This act sets off a chain of events impacting the lives of the main characters later in the story.

During the factory arson, Lenin Babu is accidentally killed by Rangam, Satyam’s brother-in-law. Satyam, feeling responsible, accepts the blame for the incident and is imprisoned for 12 years. Meanwhile, his son Ramana is injured, losing partial vision in his left eye due to the explosion.

Following Satyam's imprisonment, Vasundhara leaves him and moves back to Hyderabad. She eventually marries her cousin, Narayana, seeking stability and a new life away from the chaos of the past. Their separation marks a turning point in Ramana's family story.

In 2023, Vasundhara becomes the Minister of Law under her father Vyra Venkata Swamy’s political party. Her position offers her influence but also exposes her family secrets and her former life to political scrutiny. Her past and her son Ramana’s identity become liabilities.

Venkata Swamy pressures Ramana into signing a legal document to cut ties with Vasundhara in exchange for money. When Ramana refuses, political rival Kata Madhu threatens to expose his identity, escalating tensions. Venkata Swamy and his lawyer try to manipulate Ramana further.

Venkata Swamy orders a false FIR accusing Ramana of property destruction and assault. Despite efforts from Balu to help him secure bail, Ramana’s situation worsens, leading to a tense confrontation with Venkata Swamy. Ramana’s struggle symbolizes his fight against political corruption.

Ramana confronts his mother Vasundhara, which results in a slap and her convincing him to sign the legal document. This act leads to her being exposed in the media, revealing Ramana’s true lineage. Their confrontation marks a pivotal emotional moment in the story.

While in prison, Satyam exposes harsh truths about Vasundhara’s past, including her role in Satyam’s wrongful conviction. Ramana is devastated as these revelations threaten his understanding of his family and identity. The story deepens with the unveiling of family secrets.

Ramana is kidnapped by the contract killer 'Gelatin' Babji, who reveals that Venkata Swamy and Narayana plotted to kill Ramana. Additionally, Vasundhara is struck by a lorry, and Ramana learns about the conspiracy involving his family’s enemies. The stakes are heightened as past betrayals come to light.

Vasundhara’s accident appears orchestrated by Venkata Swamy and Narayana to eliminate her political threat. Ramana is urged to kill her enemies to prove his loyalty, revealing a darker side of the political game. The incident exposes the dangerous manipulations behind familial and political power.

During a political event, Narayana reveals that Gopal, Vasundhara’s son with Narayana, was adopted to deceive her father and protect Ramana. This revelation uncovers a complex conspiracy about identity and manipulation within the family. It challenges Ramana’s understanding of his lineage and destiny.

Despite the revelations and betrayals, Vasundhara and Ramana return to Guntur and reunite with Satyam and Bujji. Vasundhara’s decision symbolizes a return to roots and the possibility of healing familial bonds after years of deception and conflict.
