Good for Nothing

Isabella, an English girl, boards a train headed to her uncle's ranch in the Wild West. Despite warnings from a fellow passenger about the dangers ahead, Isabella is determined to start her new life in America.

The train makes a special stop for Isabella, where she is met by two men sent from her uncle's ranch. They welcome her, but uncertainty fills the air as they embark on the next part of her journey.

On their way to the ranch, the group stops at a ramshackle cantina for drinks. The atmosphere quickly shifts when gunshots ring out, resulting in a man's death as The Man searches the body for money. The tension escalates when he targets Isabella's companions.

After shooting Isabella's companions, The Man kidnaps her without any help from bystanders in the bar. He escapes on horseback, setting the tone for the perilous journey ahead.

The Man takes Isabella to a secluded area but struggles to assault her due to his impotence. During the chaos, Isabella manages to escape his grasp, showcasing her resilience amid the dire circumstances.

The Man rides into town looking for a doctor to help with his problem. He insults the doctor and is advised to seek help from a Chinese medicine man instead, revealing the depths of his desperation.

While The Man is in town, Isabella takes the opportunity to flee to the sheriff's office and plead for assistance. However, the sheriff sees her as a criminal and nearly assaults her before The Man intervenes.

After The Man shoots the sheriff, his brother gathers a posse to find him and Isabella. The posse’s motivations quickly turn to violence, framing Isabella as an accomplice in their manhunt.

The Man and Isabella set up camp for the night while the posse is on the hunt. As they share their stories and experiences, a strange companionship begins to form between the captor and the captive.

In an attempt to escape while The Man is distracted, Isabella attempts to saddle a horse. When he returns and realizes her plan, the bond between them is tested further, hinting at the complexity of their dynamic.

Upon arriving at a cabin in the mountains, The Man tries to sell Isabella to an Indian. This meeting escalates into a shootout, leaving The Man wounded but forcing them to continue their flight.

After the attack, Isabella cares for The Man’s wounds, creating an unexpected bond between them as they share their pasts. This moment signals a transformative shift in their relationship.

With the posse closing in on their location, tensions rise as Isabella tries to convince The Man to turn himself in. He manages to evade capture, but the situation grows increasingly desperate.

As the posse decides to take turns with Isabella should they catch her, The Man returns just in time to save her from a grim fate. In the melee, he is severely injured but manages to rescue her one last time.

Despite his injuries, The Man and Isabella ride towards her uncle’s ranch. As they arrive, Isabella walks away from The Man, who rides off alone, leaving a poignant sense of unresolved fate.
