Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela

Centuries of conflict over arms dominate the village of Ranjhaar. A violent clash erupts when Bhavani of the Sanera fires at Meghji Bhai’s son, triggering retaliation and bloodshed.

Meghji Bhai nearly strikes Bhavani, but Ram steps in to prevent further bloodshed and restore some order. His action marks him as a potential peacemaker amid ongoing violence.

Ram, a wanderer dealing in stolen cars and pornography, remains driven by a stubborn hope for a truce between the clans. He travels through the region, seeking a lasting peace despite danger around him.

During the Holi festival, Ram enters the Sanera household and meets Leela. The pair fall in love and secretly plan to elope, dreaming of a future free from feud.

Leela's elder brother Kanji Bhai accidentally kills Ram’s brother, triggering Ram’s retaliatory response. Ram kills Kanji Bhai, deepening the blood feud between their families.

Despite the violence, Ram and Leela marry and begin their life together. Their union is shadowed by ongoing clan hostility and lingering suspicion.

Ram's friends betray the couple by tipping Leela's family to their whereabouts. Leela is forcibly taken back by Bhavani, while Ram is celebrated as a hero and elevated to chieftain.

Leela's mother Dhankor Baa pushes for an arranged engagement with an NRI, while Leela clings to Ram's wedding ring as a symbol of their bond and defiance.

Dhankor Baa cuts off Leela's finger to sever the bond, and Ram cuts off his own finger in response. The act crystallizes the feud's brutal rituals and the lovers' commitment.

Leela sends Rasila, Kanji’s widow, to demand that Ram take Leela away. Ram's friends brutalize Rasila, and Dhankor Baa orders an attack on Kesar, Meghji's widow, escalating the violence.

Ram storms Leela's house seeking peace, but Dhankor Baa invites him to celebrate Navratri with the intention of killing him. Bhavani secretly shoots Dhankor Baa to pin the blame on the Rajadi clan.

With Dhankor Baa injured, Leela is proclaimed chieftain and negotiates a fragile peace with Ram. They divide travel routes and trades so that the Saneras and Rajadis never mingle again.

Bhavani unveils a deceitful ruse that leads Leela to sign a document ordering the killings of the entire Rajadi clan. The village stands on the edge as Dusshera approaches.

During the Dusshera festival and the Ramlila parade, the Rajadi community suffers heavy losses as Ram and Leela realize they can never be together. They shoot each other in a final, futile bid for peace.

Dhankor Baa has a change of heart, killing Bhavani and ordering peace between the clans. The lovers perish, and the two communities come together to cremate them, marking the end of the feud.
