Pawan Kalyan's character, Kalyan, is introduced as a careless and spoiled son of the wealthy Muddu Krishnayya. He indulges in his lavish lifestyle with little responsibility, heavily influenced by his friend Baburao. The film sets the tone with Kalyan's carefree attitude and his interactions with those around him.

During a social function, Kalyan notices Sirisha singing on stage and is immediately impressed by her beauty. He attempts to woo her, but is unsuccessful in winning her affection at that moment. This marks the beginning of the romantic subplot involving Sirisha.

Meanwhile, Bhaskar, who is also present at the function, is attracted to Sirisha and confesses his love to her. Sirisha rejects Bhaskar's advances, which leaves him heartbroken and leading him to attempt suicide, though he is eventually saved.

Despite initial rejection, Sirisha eventually reciprocates Bhaskar's love and prepares to marry him. She leaves to seek her mother's blessings, setting up the upcoming family conflicts over their marriage.

Sirisha's mother plans to marry her off to her cousin Sriram, forcing Sirisha to seek her own happiness. She writes a letter to Bhaskar asking him to take her away from her family restrictions, escalating the romantic conflict.

Kalyan learns about Sirisha's situation and proceeds to bring her to Bhaskar's house. However, Bhaskar's parents oppose the union and insult Sirisha, creating tension and misunderstandings.

Kalyan reacts angrily and hits Bhaskar's father, intensifying the family discord. As a result, Sirisha feels insulted and leaves their home, but Kalyan rescues her and takes her to his house for safety.

Kalyan's father and servant Malli suspect a romantic relationship between Kalyan and Sirisha, and this suspicion spreads among Kalyan's friends. Sirisha faces accusations, causing tension and misunderstanding between her and Kalyan.

After being accused and misunderstood, Kalyan's attitude shifts, and he vows to marry Sirisha. He seeks support from his father, hoping to formalize their relationship despite familial opposition.

Kalyan’s father insults Sirisha, leading her to leave and return to her mother's house. Kalyan attempts to reconcile and reach her, but faces discouragement from her cousin and mother, deepening the emotional conflict.

In a dramatic effort to prove his love, Kalyan begins a hunger strike outside Sirisha's house. He seeks to force her to accept his love and hopes to break down her family's objections through his determination.

Seeing Kalyan's dedication, Muddu Krishnayya realizes his mistake and intervenes to apologize. He acknowledges his wrongful behavior and unites Kalyan and Sirisha, resolving the familial conflicts.
