Raji's father dismisses Ram as unsuitable due to his modest finances and idealistic nature. Ram vows to prove himself and win her hand against Ravi's threat as a suitor. He plans to show his worth by joining the family on a Godavari river cruise.

On the boat toward Bhadrachalam, Ram notices Sita struggling to walk the ramp and impulsively carries her aboard. She demands an apology for touching her, and Ram sincerely apologizes. Despite the rocky start, a connection begins to form.
