Ghosts of Mars

Two hundred years from now, Mars has been successfully colonized by an advanced tech company. This monumental achievement sets the stage for the unfolding events as the environment becomes vital for human activity.

Melanie Ballard arrives on Mars by train, joining a team of police officers. Their mission takes an unsettling turn when they discover that communication with company headquarters has been completely severed.

The police officers arrive at the mining facility only to find it eerily deserted. This abandoned place raises alarms as they encounter a lone prisoner, Desolation Williams, whose unsettling laughter hints at the danger that lies ahead.

As the officers investigate the facility, they come across a man trapped in a mining car. Despite his dire warning against opening it, they choose to release him, resulting in chaos as he turns hostile.

The officers face off against a terrifying group of ex-miners, now transformed into ruthless killers. These remnants, marked with deep scars and tattoos, have eliminated most of the survivors and reveal the gruesome nature of their survival.

Desolation Williams explains the terrifying reality behind the miners' transformation. The miners inhaled a volatile red dust that turned them into violent psychopaths, prompting their aggressive behavior toward the uninfected.
