Gammat Jammat

Gautam, a bar waiter, and Phalgun, a warehouse clerk, are strapped for cash to pay for Suhas's leg surgery and their other debts. They live in the bungalow of Gautam's childhood friend Shrikant Dalvi, and see no honest way to raise the money. The urgent need for money becomes the catalyst for their kidnapping scheme.

The duo decide to kidnap Kalpana, the daughter of a wealthy industrialist, and devise a foolproof plan. They manage to abduct her, carrying out the kidnapping with a confidence bordering on overconfidence. The act is presented as a successful, clean operation.

Kalpana proves not to be a passive victim, dominating Gautam and Phalgun during the caper. She asserts herself and even demands a cut of the ransom, forcing the duo to contend with her demands. The dynamic complicates the criminals' plans as they try to manage her coercive behavior.

Mama, Shrikant's uncle, arrives from Dubai, and Inspector Phutane, accompanied by crime lord Ganu Pailwan, begins hunting for the kidnappers. Their arrival escalates the tension and tightens the noose around Gautam and Phalgun. The search adds a time pressure that tests the kidnapper's resolve.
