Idris is a curious, fearless boy who roams the neighborhood and peers into other homes. His love for his mother is tempered by the fear and brutality he endures from his father. His potential escape plan to run away exposes the strain in the family and foreshadows the film's dramatic revelation.

Liakat is a butcher who embodies brute authority and a volatile home environment. Although he sometimes shows leniency toward Idris, his violence and affairs create an atmosphere of fear and instability. These contradictions drive Idris toward rebellion and contribute to the tragedy that unfolds.

Saira is Liakat's wife, a central figure in a home marked by fear, secrecy, and fragile affection. She endures her husband's behavior and remains a stabilizing figure for Idris, even as she is drawn into the tense family dynamics. Her role highlights the emotional cost of a dysfunctional marriage and a mother's resilience.

Ganeshi is Khuddoos' friend who checks in on him and helps when trouble arises. He counsels him to stop spying and to focus on his own life, offering practical support and a reminder of boundaries. His loyalty and pragmatism stand in contrast to Khuddoos' obsessive fixation, acting as a counterweight to his turmoil.

Shaukat is Khuddoos' estranged brother who visits to claim a family heirloom and to voice disapproval of Khuddoos' life. He frames his brother's solitude as unhygienic and misaligned with family expectations. His presence catalyzes part of the film's emotional tension and reveals the fracture within the family.
