Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie

Grandma Gigi builds a grand dollhouse and presents Gabby with magical cat ears and the plush doll Pandy Paws. These gifts shrink Gabby and let her enter the dollhouse, kicking off the magical adventures. The moment establishes the premise that play and imagination empower the characters.

In the present day, Gabby teams with the Gabby Cats to bring the dollhouse on a road trip to Cat Francisco. They gather supplies and synchronize their tiny-world adventure. The preparation marks the transition from gift to journey.

The group travels toward Cat Francisco, stopping at several locations along the way. The stops introduce new scenery and hints of challenges ahead. The anticipation builds as they near their destination.

At Cat Francisco, CatRat accidentally looses the latch, and the dollhouse rolls into the street. Gabby chases after it while the Gabby Cats try to steer it away from danger. The rolling house becomes a moving hazard in the city.

An eccentric cat lady named Vera spots the dollhouse rolling along the street. Kitty Ranger blocks direct contact, and Vera buys the dollhouse from a nearby cart owner to take it home. This marks Vera's control over the dollhouse and its magic.

Vera brings the dollhouse to her home and partitions the Gabby Cats: MerCat to the aquarium, Kitty Fairy outside, and others remain inside. CatRat is placed in a drawer, where a touch from his paw brings Chumsley the old doll to life. The stage is set for internal chaos.

Gabby uses Pandy to shrink and sneaks to the dollhouse's location inside Vera's home. She meets Chumsley and four living cat pencil toppers who come to life. Chumsley explains that Vera isn't planning to play with the cats, foreshadowing conflict.

Gabby and Pandy set out on a rescue mission to reunite the Gabby Cats, while CatRat stays behind to keep watch for others. Their plan is to navigate Vera's world and recover their friends. The mission heightens the sense of danger and urgency.

Gabby and Pandy slip into Vera's aquarium and transform into mermaids, discovering that MerCat and its aquatic residents have claimed the waters. They explore Kaleidoscope, learning the beauty of the underwater realm before being pulled out by a bubble that carries them into the garden. This expands the magical possibilities of the dollhouse.

Kitty gnomes guide Gabby and Pandy to their queen, Kitty Fairy, who welcomes the group back with warmth. The gnomes dress them in playful outfits, and Kitty Fairy emphasizes that friendship and fun do not require a ruler. The reunion strengthens the team’s resolve.

Gabby and the others return to Vera's home and discover Chumsley has been warped by the dollhouse magic, creating chaos by tossing bubbles around. He reveals a painful backstory with Vera and declares his plan to take over the dollhouse. The group faces a new internal threat.

Gigi arrives, lends Gabby her ears so she can speak with Vera, and Vera briefly joins as a tiny ally. They enter the dollhouse together just as Chumsley overloads the magic by attempting to bake a cake with too many ingredients, triggering a portal.

Gabby, Vera, and Chumsley journey through a candy-filled portal, guided by Cookie Bobby who helps them reach a cookie wafer bridge. Chumsley rejects Vera’s attempts to reconcile and breaks the bridge, threatening their escape. The portal realm tests their trust and cooperation.

With the dollhouse magic fading, Gabby shares some magic with Vera to create star platforms for crossing. Chumsley saves Vera from a fall, and the group returns to the dollhouse. Vera and Chumsley reconcile as the magic is restored, and Gabby, Gigi, and the Gabby Cats fly home over Cat Francisco.

Gabby returns to Gigi’s home and helps with a new dog-themed dollhouse project for Gabby’s little sister. The adventure ends with a promise of ongoing play and imagination in their family, leaving room for future stories.
