In the woods, Noa, Mollie, and Penny ambush Brendan again and Noa shoots him dead. Ann arrives on the scene and discovers Brendan's body, setting the stage for the next twist in the chase.

Ann confronts Noa and tries to strangle her, but Noa stabs Ann in the neck with car keys. Mollie then bludgeons Ann to death with a shovel. In a mid-credits scene, Brendan's clients sit in a white room with bleeding human meat at the center.
