On Wednesday the 11th, the infamous serial killer known as the Blissfield Butcher makes his grisly return. Dismissed as an urban myth, he embarks on a spree of violence after stealing a cursed dagger called EL DOLO, marking the beginning of terror in the small town.

The following day, Millie Kessler finds herself the target of bullying at Blissfield Valley High School. With only her supportive friends, Nyla and Josh, to lean on, she tries to navigate the hostile environment while coping with the grief of her father's death.
