Eye of the Beholder

Ewan McGregor's character, known as 'The Eye', is tasked with finding the rebellious son of his wealthy boss. This mission marks the beginning of a perilous journey filled with deception and violence.

During his search, 'The Eye' meets Joanna Eris, played by Ashley Judd. Unbeknownst to him, she is a serial killer, complicating his mission with her hidden dark secrets.

In Alaska, Stephen invites Eris to work at a local diner, where they share moments of laughter. During a heartfelt conversation, Eris expresses her desire to find peace in nature but feels unworthy of love.

The next morning, Eris is confronted by authorities and her psychiatrist who intend to take her away. In a frantic effort to protect her, Stephen tries to whisk her away, leading to a shocking revelation.

As tensions rise, Eris seizes a revolver and accidentally fires it, triggering a chaotic chase through the Alaskan wilderness. This dangerous pursuit elevates the stakes for both characters dramatically.

The high-stakes chase culminates at a frozen lake where Eris drives onto the ice recklessly. The vehicle crashes, leaving her clinging to life and escalating the emotional turmoil between them.
